Fire & Rhône: A Tablas Creek Wine Dinner
Saturday, October 17 | Tasting at 5 PM | Dinner at 6:30 PM
$125 per person + tax & gratuity
Fire, wine and a table meant to be shared.
Join us for an evening featuring the Rhône-inspired wines of Tablas Creek Vineyard alongside a family-style dinner prepared over an open flame.
Located in Paso Robles, California, Tablas Creek has become known for its work with traditional Rhône varieties and blends. The winery’s connection to Château de Beaucastel in Châteauneuf-du-Pape helped establish Rhône grapes in Paso Robles, and today its wines range from fresh, approachable Patelin bottlings to the estate’s flagship Esprit blends.
We’ll begin the evening at 5 PM with a tasting of Tablas Creek wines, followed by dinner at 6:30 PM.
For dinner, we’re taking things back to the fire. Expect primal, open-fire cooking featuring tri-tip, lamb chops and snapper collars, served family-style and paired with wines selected to move from bright, refreshing whites and rosé into the deeper, savory Rhône reds that complement food straight from the flame.
