Tinto Nero Asado Argentino Wine Dinner Experience
September 23 @ 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Join us Wednesday, September 23, for an evening exploring the wines and terroirs of Mendoza, followed by an Argentine asado dinner experience prepared by Chef Greg Rodriquez.
Rooted in the diverse terroirs of Mendoza, TintoNero showcases how elevation, cool mountain conditions, and limestone‑rich soils shape Argentina’s most expressive styles. Their portfolio highlights the tension between mountain climate and varietal character, revealing how Malbec and other grapes evolve across distinct altitudes and vineyard sites.
Your tasting will be led by Gaspar Mausbach, Brand Ambassador for Mil Suelos, the family‑built group of wineries that includes Buscado Vivo e Muerto, TintoNero, and Uspallata. Gaspar’s background spans more than seven harvests across three countries and sommelier work in Michelin‑starred restaurants, giving him a rare blend of technical insight and global perspective. Today, he shares the story, identity, and philosophy of Mil Suelos with guests around the world.
Begin at The East Hill Bottle Shop for a guided tasting from 5–7 p.m., then move next door to the East Hill Wine Bar courtyard for an authentic Argentine asado dinner from 7–9 p.m. Dinner tickets are $95 and include admission to both the tasting and the asado. Reserve your seat and enjoy the full Argentine experience.
